Viewing Notes

Couldn’t say when I last watched this but it’s been decades. Kinda amazing that I still know certain lines of dialogue (probably from repeating them so much over the years). Given that Neal lives in Winnetka I don’t understand why they end up in the Loop at the end. Why would the truck drop them off there so far from where he lives? I know, I know bc they wanted to shoot in downtown Chicago… but two things: they use a reverse overhead shot bc the L is on the wrong side and the station inside is not that stop bc there is no “station” at the Lasalle / Van Buren stop, which is behind the Chicago Board of Trade where I worked.

“What do you for a living?”

“Marketing”
