Viewing Notes

My final film of November (and of my Crime November event) but sadly ends with a dud. :(

I like the theme of this series— a baker solves mysteries bc she’s somehow in the middle of it— but this installment is not good. Way too much drama around the father of a child and a baby to be born, unrelated to the murder. There’s an action flourish towards the end that’s fun but otherwise this is the worst of the three I’ve watched.

I did recognize Jesse Moss from Tucker and Dale vs Evil. I know it’s set in Minnesota but they didn’t film a frame there so I’m not tagging it. At least in the Curious Caterer series they name check Denver constantly.
