“It’ll be a Christmas of contrasts: holly and barbed wire, guns and tinsel!”

welp that’s depressing! A lot of the narration seems to mimic Churchill’s “We shall fight on the beaches” speech, using some of the same words and cadence. Not precisely but it feels like that speech influenced this mini-documentary about the Christmas holiday in 1940 England.
