Another day another praxinoscope by Reynaud. I’ve seen this one a half dozen times if not more. Debatable whether these should be considered “film” but in those early days of the format it really was the age of invention. There’s a picture of what projecting a praxinoscope looked like. In that sense I suppose it is very cinema-like.
