Extreme sport lover Zhou Feng got involved in an international illegal trade by accident. So he had to follow an international special agent Bruce to Budapest. Together with a crappy police officer Miao Yan, a non-professional scientist Ding Shan and an unemployed doctor LV, they became an amateur unit. In company with the senior agent Bruce, these four rookies started a fight with the terrorists that was both thrilling and hilarious.

Someday someone will ask “did you see that Chinese movie set in Hungary starring Milla Jovovich?” and in that moment I may recall watching this. A mashup of Gen-X Cops and Spy Kids that is forgettable. Even with all the chases and shootouts and “thrills” nothing here feels real. Like, did they film in Budapest? I think so but who knows. The bioweapon is terrifying but with all the silly jokey stuff around it removes the weight. And Milla is styled so terribly. :(
