Cop harasses some youth and things spiral downward. :(
Had this open in a browser for a while so knocked it out during lunch. Perhaps the only surprising thing here is that this was produced prior to the pandemic and murder of George Floyd and subsequent protests. Because this feels like a response to that (and others) but ofc this situation has been happening for a long time.
