Viewing Notes

Peter Lorre is excellent. His appearance with the “mask” is perfect. Film goes hard and does a lot for under seventy minutes. Wouldn’t have minded having more minutes especially the relationship with Evelyn Keyes, who is a nice balance to Lorre.
