Jang-soo is a judo instructor who is indifferent to everyone but his daughter. One day he realizes he can see Tae-jin, a ghost who used to be a devoted police officer. Tae-jin asks Jang-soo to help solve the case that took his life away from him.

That poster image is ridiculous. Makes it look like this is a buddy comedy (it’s not).
This is another happy sad or sad happy movies. did not realize there was a supernatural aspect to the story so that was a wild surprise. Ma Dong-seok is an unlikable character for a change which makes this interesting.
The plot contrivances are annoying but I can accept what they are doing to make a very watchable father / daughter story dealing with some difficult issues. Plus Don Lee still manages to punch some bad dudes. And all of it in a tight 97 minute runtime, which was nice.
