Found this on Archive.org when I was looking at other Teruyoshi Ishii films. He directed the first segment “Best Seller” about a horror author scaring a college student for a new story. Ishii is the author in the story. It’s really fun!
The entire collection of four segments is good and I’d probably rate this slightly higher if I could watch a cleaner, sharper version. The transfer on Archive.org is rough and that’s what I downloaded. Viewed on my laptop in a smaller screen just to make it watchable.
I also like the “Haunted House” segment bc a dead woman in a bathtub is a provocative image.
