Overview
“Tarantella” was an early Super 8 short film directed by Christopher Nolan with his childhood friend Roko Belic. It was made in 1989 while Nolan was studying at University College London. The film aired on “Image Union,” a PBS programme in Chicago. It is about the suffering of a young man while he has nightmare about spiders and demons.

Someone on Twitter shared a download link for this student film by Christopher Nolan so I pulled it down and watched it. It’s fine. If I had seen this and not know it was Nolan I probably wouldn’t have guessed… well, if you told me guess maybe I’d throw Nolan’s name out there. Apparently he’s actively having it taken down whenever it goes up on YT.
