Overview
Violet, a widowed mother on her first date in years, arrives at an upscale restaurant where she is relieved that her date, Henry, is more charming and handsome than she expected. But their chemistry begins to curdle as Violet begins being irritated and then terrorized by a series of anonymous drops to her phone.

Viewing Notes
I get soured on a movie “set in Chicago” but does nothing to even establish that other than a throwaway line here or there. Like, why even set it in Chicago? They shot in Louisiana so why not just set it in New Orleans?
Anyways, this is a slick package for a familiar premise. It gets a little OTT at times but mostly a fun ride to see how it will play out. Just have to suspend belief for the logistics of being in a downtown high rise restaurant then getting to that home in only a few minutes. Hahaha
