Saturday morning serial: Sidney Toler’s Chan is stuck in Paris as WWII looms and bombers fly overhead. I’m not crazy about the mystery in this but it is interesting that they produced a timely story that coincided with real life events occurring in Europe.
MVP to Harold Huber back as a French inspector this time, as he was in CC in Monte Carlo. He’s a scene stealer in this.
