Viewing Notes

Oddly paced action thriller with a lot of bizarre choices and dialogue, set in Baltimore but shot in Canada, which explains the hockey scenes. Haha

Looks and feels more like a tv movie. Strange film but I like the premise. Just really needed a punch up on the screenplay and more action beats.

RIP Tony Todd
