Exactly the feel good pablum served up during WWII. There’s also a joke made about the cherry trees in DC being from Japan and the reply is something like “oh were they delivered on December 7th?” So bizarre.

I don’t really understand the title as it pertains to this couple visiting the capital and introducing a legislation for the average man. And there’s fantasy dreams of the founding fathers.
