Saturday morning serial: my first Mr. Moto movie! Had to warm up to this and Lorre as a Japanese police agent. Will definitely revisit this in the future after I get through all the films. Recognized Virginia Field immediately bc she looks like Chinese actress Dili Reba.
Love how much cruise ships and luxury liners play into stories in early Hollywood movies. It’s like “oh they’re going to Shanghai so let’s just set a portion of the story on the ship that takes them there.”
