Thought this a different movie until none of the actors I expected to be in it appeared by the 20 minute mark. Checked and sure enough I selected the wrong movie. Since I started it, I finished it. It’s a decent Chinese fantasy adventure about demon hunting, and all the women are on point, beautiful and badasses. Had to add Mika Wang to TMDb. Weird she wasn’t already listed given that SHE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER VILLAIN of the story. She plays a Poison Ivy type of villain that controls plants.
Bonus for featuring two HK legends and giving them top billing even tho they are supporting characters: Yuen Wah and Yuen Qiu (fun note: they starred together in KUNG FU HUSTLE).
