Little Audrey isn’t interested in reciting Mother Goose rhymes with the other kids in class. She’d rather read her modern comic book. When she’s caught not paying attention by the teacher, she is ordered to sit in the corner. Audrey falls asleep and soon realizes that Mother Goose can be modern too.

Sunday morning cartoons are back: this new DVD has a few Little Audrey cartoons which I haven’t seen. She’s a like Little Lulu. Guess they wanted to target girls with these characters. This one is pretty good with Audrey reading crime comics and those getting mixed up with her daydream about nursery rhymes. Humpty Dumpty is E.G. Robinson!
