Viewing Notes

aka Bodyguard Kiba 2, even the title screen says “Karate Killer”

Not quite as good as the previous movie but still quite fun for early seventies JP exploitation cinema. Kinda love that these early Chiba films are also lowkey Sue Shihomi even if she doesn’t get much to do. Rather nuts that she gets her eyes stabbed out to start movie… not a spoiler as this is how the movie starts.

Maki Mizuhara is the MVP. I wish she had done more acting beyond the few credits she has listed. Gorgeous and has great onscreen energy.
