Viewing Notes
I like a good ole creepy looking stopmo short film, kinda like the ones seen in STOP MOTION. What detracts in this one is the constant use of narration over the visuals instead of just letting the visuals tell the story. I’d rather watch this in silence.
Giving her a favorable rating bc I do like the creepy stop motion and black&white presentation.
I watched a little bit of the director Q&A that followed and she’s a cool young woman with an interesting story. I’m sure she’s gotta better so hopefully there’s more examples of her work online.
