Overview

The title character, played by Edmund Lowe, is a famous magician who fakes his own death—then reappears as his nonexistent twin brother. It’s all part of Gregory’s master scheme to pin his “murder” on innocent John Randall, the husband of Ellen, the woman Gregory loves.

Saturday afternoon serial: not a serial but directed by Phil Rosen who did a lot of serials during his time. And this could easily have been converted into an installment of The Shadow or Charlie Chan.

The unscrupulous magician pretends to be murdered so he can trick a woman into marrying his brother who is really him. Haha
