Shaolin Saturday: finally fired up Jet Li’s feature debut on this crummy budget DVD I’ve owned forever. Had to play it on the mini tv bc it doesn’t look good. At least the subtitles were okay and readable. This is a fine movie and I like the premise of his character getting revenge on the assholes that killed his dad.
I’d probably give this a higher rating if I had a better version to watch. Has any boutique label even released BD for Li’s early films?
