Viewing Notes
So much better than I expected. Has a few of things I don’t like in superhero movies but I love this story, action, and these characters so much I can forgive those. Some really great setpieces and a fairly easy mystery to predict but a fun journey getting to the end. Love having a real Chinese god Naza (Nezha) as the impish video game playing brat as a side character.
The basic character renders and CGI-everything else takes it down a notch but I was glued to this mystery and action. Also, way more violent than i would’ve guessed.
