Hsia and Lei Kung are two bumbling cops assigned to protect the gorgeous Rosa, girlfriend to a missing informer named Lee. But Rosa’s wanted by more than just the law - the bad guys want her for leverage, and Lei Kung just wants her to be his girlfriend! Meanwhile, Hsia attempts to romance Lei Kung’s sister, and the bad guys prepare for a final blow-out fight sequence!

a few mentions in my socials today about this new release from 88 Films and I looked it up on TMDb and it has a 30 percent???? so ofc I had to see why and found a really poor transfer on YT. grabbed and viewed on my macbook to make it watchable.
a screwball buddy cop comedy with Yuen Biao putting in the work along w/the always lovely Kara Wai. Sure, lots of silly, stupid stuff but some fun action in here, too. Plus Dick Wei as a baddie (again). Def one I will get bc I love all three of those actors esp. when they get to mix it up together.
There is one screwball gag that got a LOL and an unfortunate black face scene but this is not a 30 percent rating. So weird!
