I had no idea how much this movie (franchise) was totally my shit. I just didn’t know.
It’s Indiana Jones set in the modern 2004 world with Noah Wyle as the reluctant hero partnered with Penny from LOST, with Kelly Hu (!!!) and Kyle McLachlan on their heels. Plus Jane Curtin and Bob Newhart?! hell yes.
Globetrotting and ridiculous action beats (the airplane sequence at 30,000 feet is pretty damn funny) with actors totally committed to the material. Good stuff. Looking forward to viewing the sequel, which I own on DVD.
