Overview
At some point in the near future gun and weapon control laws are deregulated by public order. Asia quickly becomes the epicenter of criminal activity in the world. In Yokohama City this violence becomes so extreme that the population drops as people try to escape the criminal element that remain. When The Jack Brothers murder Milly’s husband and daughter in front of her, she vows revenge.

third movie in the 24 hour horror movie mind melter!
One I’ve seen before and own on DVD.
I don’t classify this as horror but many would bc it falls into that “Japanese splatter horror” subgenre. (IMO) just bc it has lots of blood doesn’t necessarily mean horror. It does get funky in the end but that’s still more science fiction. But hey this can be whatever you want it to be!
I need to watch the sequel now.
