Viewing Notes
Now that I own the criterion release this will likely be a yearly viewing.
After my first viewing I didn’t like it much (and even discussed with Paul and his husband after the screening). The staged look and backlot sets were a turnoff. Now I love them and how it gives a more spooky surrealist feel.
