First official movie of 2010 will go down as Sherlock Holmes. ‘course I wanted to see this *in* 2009 but wasn’t going to be possible opening on xmas day (same day as my flight to L.A.). Still counting it towards my total 2009 films watched but it ends there for the final tally. Overall decent film but rather a lot of just “OK” and not terribly special. Did dig the chemistry between Law & RDJ. Hopefully the next installment will improve on this foundation for a more compelling story.
