Viewing Notes

My second feature at HorrorHound Weekend. No one will ever say this is a good film. But they may say that it’s oddly watchable. Bickert said in his intro that people told him he made a grindhouse film but he had never been to a grindhouse. His inspiration was from drive-in theaters. So he decided to make a “grindhouse” cut and that’s what we saw. 2 additional minutes that add a penetration scene and maybe a little more gore. I kinda like the film b/c it def has the look and feel of exploitation film even tho it tries too hard most of the time. Most entertaining was the live commentary from Bickert and the crew during this late night screening.
