Viewing Notes
7th film in my 31 unseen horror movies in 31 days. Finally cracked up my Criterion disc and have been wanting to see this for a while. Perfect occasion! Full disclosure: I really had no idea this was the earliest (?) take on the Island of Dr. Moreau. This realization early in the film blew me away. Excellent flick that I will be revisiting yearly. Great pre-code horror flick.
