Finally caught up with this having experienced an aborted attempt to see it in the theater last year (the power went out like 15 minutes into it so I left). After my recent trip to Austin for Fantastic Fest and talking with Brad Henderson, I really wanted to see this (and before PA4 is released, which was this evening). Gotta say that I was totally on board. Some genuinely creepy and scary moments. Good show.
