Overview

I think I prefer this to the original. I love the atmosphere. Brooke Adams’ character says, “Today everything seems the same but it wasn’t…it’s a nightmare” and film does a great job making you feel the paranoia in what is seemingly everyday life.
Nice cameos by Kevin McCarthy and Don Siegel, and a strange one from Robert Duvall. Great use of San Francisco as a backdrop.
