Overview
Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos… but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Really well done sequel.

Agreed. I wasn’t on board for the first 30 minutes or so (I think the exposition/Dark Elves thing turned me off) but slowly came around as the movie went on. Kinda surprised I enjoyed it as much as I did.

@sleestakk The exposition was a little grating at the beginning, but my GF that hadn’t seen the first movie didn’t feel too lost during the movie so it served it purpose. The movie succeeds at having some very intense emotional moments, fun action and goofy humor.
