My third movie of the day, eighth overall, and the best, scariest film of the festival for me! Holy hell this movie freaked me out!
I think it helped that I knew absolutely nothing about it going into the screening except that it was shot on a very low budget. Everything about the film was unsettling and creepy. Because it was so far outside what a normal horror film typically is, there was no way of anticipating where it was going to go or what was really going on.
That said, it’s certainly not going to be for everyone. I however loved the hell out of it.
