Overview
The Oguro police department suffers a gas attack by an evil organization, and its elite detectives on the special crime unit are turned into children. But it would take more than that to keep them from solving this caper!

Viewing Notes
I watched this mainly because I had seen almost everything else in the time slot this was playing in. It’s a goofy spoof of 1970’s era crime shows and is a mostly fun watch, although it feels like a bunch of short TV episodes strung together. No wonder considering the director has mostly done episodic TV shows before this feature film debut.
