Overview
The Oguro police department suffers a gas attack by an evil organization, and its elite detectives on the special crime unit are turned into children. But it would take more than that to keep them from solving this caper!

Viewing Notes
Eighteenth film of my FF2013 and fifth final movie of Day 4, the midnight movie. And it’s an ideal midnight movie; light, slight and super fun. It has one note and rides that note pretty well. My suspicion that it feels like a TV serial was spot on as I’ve learned it was a TV series. Could benefit from a shorter cut as the joke wears thin at times but overall enjoyable and kept me awake. My 19th favorite at the festival.
