Beautiful cinematography but the characters are so stereotypical that it felt very paint by numbers. Despite it’s shortcomings, there’s still a palpable sense of tension and you do make some emotional connections with the characters.
I know the story was based on a real life incident but I can’t speak to how much artistic license was taken since I’m not all that familiar with it.
