A more humanistic Bronson role, set in Colorado no less! A little lower key than some of his other action roles but he has an easy grace in this one that elevates the entire affair. The great character actor Paul Koslo also does a fine job as a local flunkie caught between his hatred for Majestyk and a mob hit man he plays stoolie for. I really enjoyed his character.
Al Lettieri does his usual scene chewing as the mob hit man. It took me until after the movie was over to place him as the bad guy in Peckinpah’s THE GETAWAY. Fun to see him as well.
