Obviously low budget but pretty enjoyable slice of NYC in the 1970s with lots of on-location shooting (check the background for bystanders constantly looking at the camera with a WTF is going on gaze, like constantly!).
I really liked the actor who played the father of Charley. And Charley and Speedy are a great duo.
Despite being obviously low budget the fight scenes are pretty well choreographed.
