The type of melodramatic cop actioner we’ve come to expect from Hong Kong, anchored by some great action set pieces from action director Donnie Yen. This is Benny Chan’s final film as he passed away before it’s release.
The final act borrows heavily from Mann’s HEAT with a massive street shootout after a bank robbery in downtown Hong Kong.
