A pretty interesting buddy cop/fish-out-of-water film with a strange international cast (including Vernon Wells as the terrorist!). This probably shouldn’t work, and some of the acting is less than stellar, but it ends up being a pretty fun watch.

It has a jittery, over-caffeinated 1970’s American cop movie vibe to it, but filtered through the late ‘80s and set in Hong Kong. There are some great, bloody action set pieces in this as well!
