Viewing Notes
Not a great movie by any means but pretty fun for a made-for-TV film that originally aired on TBS (I think?). Plus Eric Roberts as the bad guy with a decent motive.
Knowing as much as I do about police immunity from lawsuits and how that whole fucking shitty system works, it was hard to buy the concern about the shooting investigation and potential lawsuit. Police are almost always cleared in those situations and the city typically foots the bill for lawsuits against individual cops or the department.
