Overview
China is ripped apart by a civil war, and thousands of displaced refugees swarm into towns not yet ravaged by war. Three such refugees arrive in one town. They join forces with local rebel leaders to escape to the south before getting into trouble with Lu Feng who is out to exterminate all rebels.

Viewing Notes
After the run of great Shaw Brothers films from the late ‘70s I just watched in Vol. 3, this first film in the Vol. 4 box set is a bit of a letdown and step backwards in terms of the sets. On the other hand, it’s a venom mob movie and Phillip Kwok is great in this. He’s so damn acrobatic.
