Final movie of the fest and admittedly I started to fade during the last act of this hilariously bad buddy cop movie that seems to want to be LETHAL WEAPON with an amiable but entirely miscast Terrence Hill and former boxer Marvin Hagler (why, God, why). The miniatures in this are bad but so much fun to watch! I kinda want to own this just for the miniatures work! This feels like it should have been made in the ‘80s, but nope 1997!
