Overview
Rex and Saskia, a young couple in love, are on vacation. They stop at a busy service station and Saskia is abducted. After three years and no sign of Saskia, Rex begins receiving letters from the abductor.

Viewing Notes
Despite owning this on DVD for something like 20 years, I finally watched it after buying the Blu-ray. Go figure. I personally wouldn’t classify this as a horror movie but I can understand why some would. I watched the director’s American remake of his own film a long time ago and remember liking it a lot. I might have to revisit it to see how it compares.
