Viewing Notes
Tonia and I made the trip into Denver to this little neighborhood theater that was restored and re-opened in 2022 after being purchased by the Museum of Contemporary Art. The film program is run in partnership with Denver Film Society. It seats 400 so it’s got plenty of room in its single theater. I really like the neighborhood.
It’s been so long since I’ve seen Chungking Express it felt like watching it for the first time. I much prefer the second story with Tony Leung and Faye Wong over the first. They have great chemistry and it’s a fun, romantic story.
