Overview
An abnormal taxi driver lusts for blood every rainy night, and several young women are killed as a result. The muderer, Laiu, likes to take photos of the victims dismembered bodies as momentos. Inspector Lee is called onto the case in this bizarre thriller.

Viewing Notes
Another HK flick that was expiring on Instawatch that I watched while in ABQ. Such a weird horror film that gives up the primary killer on the outset then retells his gruesome story in flashbacks. Not great but interesting to see Simon Yam as a complete serial killer creep.
