Surprised that I haven’t seen this (kinda thought I did at some point). I can see why this is often considered one of Jackie Chan’s best films because the fight and stunt sequences are incredible. The story with him providing protection for Brigitte Lin’s character is more slapstick comedy. But overall it’s a good story about a super cop rising above and defying his superiors to get the job done. But this is a must-watch for the setpieces esp. the crazy department sequence.
