Viewing Notes

Fifth film at FF2013 and second of Day 2. Also the only true repertory screening this year, which was odd but made it even more of a can’t miss movie. Incredible movie for several reasons including the amazing performance by Oliver Reed. Just the set design is remarkable. Besides seeing this great film, chatting with Pat Healy before and after the movie about 35mm/70mm film was a real treat. Again this is what makes this festival so goddamn great.
