Was looking forward to this follow-up after History of Violence. Definitely doesn’t disappoint with another excellent turn by Viggo Mortensen. Wasn’t crazy about Naomi Watts’ character being the thread at which to tell this story but it still works. Doesn’t feel as much as like a Cronenberg flick other than being beautifully shot and well-crafted. Also Vincent Cassel!
