Of course this was a big reason why I attended B-Movie Celebration. I was glad Josh was able to get his movie into the festival even if there wasn’t that great of a turnout. At least those that came really enjoyed the movie. The other thing was taking David “Rock” Nelson there to introduce the movie. That was an experience by itself. A lot of nervous energy having him along for the long drive then keeping an eye on him during the day.
But I think he really enjoyed himself and accepting the award for best Documentary at the fest. He said he was in a trance while watching the movie and it was a euphoric feeling for him. I loved seeing the movie again on the big screen. I think I enjoyed more on this viewing than at the premiere. Really stellar job by my friends. I’m glad to have a small part in the production.
